Church on Saturday, explained in a minute

Seventh-day Adventists keep the seventh day, Saturday, as the Sabbath. It runs from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, so we worship Saturday morning. Come as you are. Nobody will put you on the spot.

What Adventists believe, in plain words

      • God saves us by grace, as a gift, not as a reward for trying hard.
      • The Bible is our guide for what we believe and how we live.
      • The seventh-day Sabbath is a weekly gift of rest, from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset.
      • Jesus is coming back, and that is good news.
      • Caring for our bodies is part of worship. That's why lunch is vegetarian.
